1. ≥18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which the study is taking
place, whichever is greater) at the time of informed consent.

1. Diagnosis of acute promyelocytic leukemia with PML-RARA or one of the other
pathognomonic variant fusion genes/chromosome translocations
2. AML with t(9;22)(q34.1;q11.2); BCR::ABL1, or myeloid blast crisis of chronic myeloid
leukemia.
